Fission Grid Electromechanical Services LLC is seeking experienced Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Engineers to execute site activities for LV & MV electrical systems. The role involves ensuring all commissioning works are carried out in compliance with safety, technical, and contractual requirements while contributing to operational excellence and business growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
⚡ Testing & Commissioning
- Perform testing and commissioning of LV/MV switchgear, circuit breakers, and protection relays
- Work on AIS & GIS panels (Unigear series)
- Handle protection relays such as REF620 and REX640
- Conduct AC/DC scheme checks for 11kV & 33kV systems
- Test CTs, VTs, relays, transformers, and busbar systems
📋 Site Execution & Coordination
- Review project documentation prior to commissioning activities
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, clients, and internal teams
- Ensure full compliance with IEC standards and project specifications
- Manage permits, shutdown planning, and site access requirements
🔧 Installation & Verification
- Verify wiring, cabling, and hardware installations
- Ensure installations comply with FAT and design documentation
- Perform functional testing and system validation
🛠️ Troubleshooting & Improvements
- Identify and resolve technical issues during site execution
- Provide engineering feedback and recommend design improvements
- Update drawings and maintain as-built documentation
📑 Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare detailed site test reports and commissioning records
- Obtain SAT (Site Acceptance Test) approvals
- Compile final project handover documentation (as-commissioned dossiers, log books)
📦 Materials & Planning
- Ensure availability of required tools, equipment, and materials
- Maintain strict quality control across all service activities

- Adhere to a “first-time-right” execution approach
- Deliver high-quality work within defined project timelines
- Act as a technical field expert and site consultant
🔹 Requirements
🎓 Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (BE/BTech) in Electrical Engineering
- 5–7 years of experience in Testing & Commissioning
🧠 Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of:
- LV/MV electrical systems, transformers, UPS, and control systems
- Electrical drawings including SLDs, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Testing equipment such as CMC, CPC, CT Analyzer, CIBANO, and VOTANO
🤝 Soft Skills
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills

- Good communication skills in English
